You might be interested to know that here in Ireland, Newstalk radio station broadcast regularly during the day an excerpt from comments by the Syrian Ambassador to the United States, in which he said that the allegations are preposterous. Newstalk also interviewed some media guy whose main point was that "neocons" in the United States are being pointed at as being responsible for the allagations.

I phoned the Newstalk newsroom and spoke with them, accusing them of being a left wing liberal propaganda machine and asking if they might have a balancing interview. The response was a very curt "thanks for your comment"!
