Congressional Budget Office director meets TWT


Congressional Budget Office director Dr. Peter Orszag told The Washington Times editorial board that, traditionally, tax rebates have been effective as a form of economic stimulus. Dr. Orszag met with the board on Monday, Feb. 11, 2008.



Congressional Budget Office director Dr. Peter Orszag also told the editorial board of The Washington Times that the nation's fiscal situation is "dismal."

According to Congressional Budget Office director Dr. Peter Orszag, a big reason for the nation's financial problems is the increasing cost of health care.
