Well, if anyone woke up this morning with the anticipation of how the Caps would solve their injury issues on the blue line or how the forward lines would look with guys getting healthy, um, not so much. Attendance at today's optional skate is sparse. Here is what it looks like, but good luck determining anything from this:

Green, Jurcina and Erskine are the only defensemen out there, along with Huet and Johnson in net.
