The top story today is the aftermath of yesterday's presidential primaries. Democratic candidate Sen. Barack Obama defeated rival Sen. Hillary Clinton by 15 points in North Carolina while Clinton beat Obama by about two points in Indiana. This means the future of the Democratic nomination rests largely in the hands of the superdelegates.
In a sitdown with The Washington Times yesterday, the Iraqi ambassador to the United States, Samir Sumaida'ie, said his country had created a committee to investigate evidence showing Iran is supplying weapons to Iraqi insurgents.
We're also following the aftermath of the recent cyclone in Burma. U.N. officials are having trouble obtaining visas to enter the country, causing tons of aid from around the globe to be delayed.
In homeland security news, U.S. officials are attempting to unlink the words "Islamic" and "terrorism," hoping this will improve relations with millions of peaceful Muslims who do not advocate terrorist activities.

I hear quite a few Rebuplicans crossed over and voted for Hillary yesterday in an attempt to further muck up the Democrats nomination process (also for some reason the Pubs seem to much prefer running against Hillary in the fall). So if you could find a method to discount their votes .....IMO Hillary likely lost in Indiana also.

Considering the money troubles for Clinton, and the numbers coming out of Indiana it is time to bow out gracefully and try to maintain some type of dignaty. Thanks to Rush Limbaugh, in Indiana 7% of Clinton's vote came from cross over Republicans, ardent foot soldiers of Rush.
So actually she did not win Indiana, she lost, the numbers without the GOP crossover would be Obama 56% to Clintons 43%.
Sad, but true. When you hear Karl Rove say it is over then it is time to put on the armor and come out swinging. Obama needs to forget Clinton and gear up for the fight of our life to win in November.
As an Obama supporter we know we are less than 200 delegates away from the promised land. McGovern came on board this morning and we expect to see more superdelegates come on board.
Come on' Hil, get out and join Obama.......show what your really made of!
