Senator: Report of spouse hiring prostitute is 'disturbing'

Sen. Debbie Stabenow, Michigan Democrat, said she was troubled by a report from the Detroit Free Press today highlighting a police report showing her husband, Air America executive Tom Athans, hired a prostitute he found on the Internet in late February.

According to the Detroit newspaper, Athans, 46, was not arrested or charged, but agreed to fully cooperate with police as they investigate prostitution in the town of Troy, Mich.

Based on Athans' assistance, police arrested 20-year-old Alycia Martin and charged her with prostitution.

"This is very disturbing and serious," Stabenow, 57, said in a statement released by her office. "Obviously it's a deeply difficult and personal matter."

Not to worry, Debbie. Maybe your husband, Tom Athans, can now become governor of Michigan? After all, isn't that a requirement for a Democratic Governor these days?

Why do Democrat men have such a hard time keeping their fly zipped?? Kennedy, Johnson, Clinton, Frank,
Spitzer and now Athans.

Maybe its because libs demand limits for everyone BUT themselves and, since they believe that 'they' ARE God, they don't believe in any Commandments from a God that doesn't exist for them.
