All eyes on Obama

There are hundreds of camera clicks right now because Sen. Barack Obama, Illinois Democrat, is questioning Gen. David H. Petraeus and Ambassador to Iraq Ryan C. Crocker.

Obama is the 11th questioner on the panel, which grants placement based on seniority. Obama should have been 13th, but Sen. Bill Nelson, Florida Democrat, gave Obama a bump because the candidate had another engagement.

There had been some question prior to the hearing whether Senate Foreign Relations Chairman Joe Biden, Delaware Democrat, would let Obama go first because of his high profile, but last week Biden was quick to dismiss that notion.

Obama is asking Petraeus about al-Qaeda's presence in Iraq, which he said was not a reality prior to the U.S. invasion of Iraq. He's asking Crocker about what would be the ideal parameters of Iran's influence in Iraq.

Question for anyone reading this?

What has to happen in Iraq, before you think
we should pull our troops out?

We all admit(especially females, including the loyal Hillary supporters) that Barack Obama is a something of sex symbol. It is not his fault that he looks hot and certainly he can carry himself with such elegance as well. He is one of those rare jems which embody just about everything good. I want to see him everyday on my news!
