OK, so far the funniest reaction I've seen is from David Weigel at Reason magazine's Hit & Run blog:
Hillary wins. Luckily, I have a passport.AllahPundit at HotAir.com supplies video of Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr.'s "appreciation for the Second Amendment":
Obama said he sent his kids to a private school because he had taught there and it was five minutes from his home, which made it the best choice for his kids.He links to a story about last month's debate at Howard University, in which the Illinois senator said the Supreme Court is trying to "turn back the clock" because of its decision limiting the use of racial quotas to achieve diversity in public schools.Yours? I guess we can bus them.
Here's more of what Mr. Obama said in Charleston:
The problem is, is that we don't have good schools, public schools, for all kids.More blog reaction to come ...A U.S. senator can get his kid into a terrific public school. That's not the question. The question is whether or not ordinary parents, who can't work the system, are able to get their kids into a decent school, and that's what I need to fight for and will fight for as president of the United States.

It is truly laughable for these people to be talking about what they will do with public schools and the second amendment, when they haven't accomplished anything but 'lead' the Congress to its lowest level of confidence in recorded history. All they have really know how to do is filibuster and return to the Iraq War after every single political failure, whether they had the majority or not. That's just the type of leadership this country needs.

AP -- "Posing a question that few, if any, of the candidates had fielded before, one voter asked whether young women should register with the Selective Service, as do young men in case the draft is reinstated. Clinton, Obama and Sen. Chris Dodd of Connecticut said yes."
I thought women weren't even allowed to register for the draft. One of my friends tried, and they turned her down. You think Clinton would know this since her husband investigated whether women should be required to during his presidency.
Here's a factsheet I found from the Selective Service:

No one addressed our foreign aid. We need to let socialist nations like France, Germany, England and others send foreign aid while the United States scales back. These other nations spend too much on their own citizens while the United States spends its money on foreign aid and not its citizens. Universal Health Care is a good example of this. Its a good thing that Americans understand they come last in the eyes of their government they elect.
