Draft Lou Dobbs?

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC says the top Republican candidates are so bad on the issue of immigration they are trying to draft CNN anchor Lou Dobbs into the race for president in case a "pro-amnesty" candidate emerges from the Republican contest.

"Ninety percent of our supporters are behind either Romney, Thompson, Paul, or Hunter for President because they appear truly opposed to Amnesty for illegal aliens," said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "Eighty four percent of our supporters say they would support Lou Dobbs for President, if the GOP primary fails to yield a candidate opposed to Amnesty."

He has registered the site www.LouDobbsforPresident.org as a placeholder and says all information gathered about potential supporters will be passed on to Mr. Dobbs if he does join the presidential race.

I have said for years now that it is going to take a fed-up American public and an angry white man to join forces and try to bring back the America we once had and enjoyed. If Fred Thompson is not that man, then maybe Lou Dobbs is!

My choice for president in 2008 is Lou Dobbs. He is the only one, I believe with America/Americans interest at heart!!! All democratic candidates have said that they will give AMNESTY...along with Huckabee, McCain and Giuliani... all we have to do is look at their records at www.betterimmigration.com. The facts speak for themselves.
LOU DOBBS FOR PRESIDENT IN 2008...This man will put these greedy elite and corporations in their place and give us our jobs, education... and our country back!!!! AND ABOVE ALL ...ENFORCE THE LAW!!! We need you LOU!!!!!!!

Quote from Lou Dobbs book "Independents Day":

The key difference between our two parties is purely partisan: While Democrats describe themselves as liberal, progressive, and committed to civil liberties, and Republicans describe themselves as conservative and committed to tradition and social stability, the truth is, their only guiding principles are that Democrats are anti-Republican while Republicans are anti-Democrat. They have become nothing more than two wings of the same bird.

If the distinction between Republicans and Democrats is blurred and increasingly unclear, it's in large part due to the fact that both parties are dependent on the largesse of corporate America and the influence of special interests. Bush has sent tens of thousands of our troops around the world to fight the war on terror, and hundreds of thousands to Iraq and Afghanistan, yet for 6 years he has insisted upon leaving our borders and ports open to the illegal traffic of millions of illegal aliens and billions of dollars in illegal drugs.

Good for Mr. Gheen.
Lou Dobbs would actually work for the people, not special interests. Imagine voting for someone you trusted instead of the talking heads the elitists keep handing us? Time to take our country back. Please Lou, we need you!!!

Lou Dobbs would be the best person to lead our country. He is a common sense guy who truly cares about the american people. You know that Lou will tell you like it is. Our country is in BIG TROUBLE people. As crazy as it sounds, Lou Dobbs can do the job. Please consider Lou and go to the website. Thanks.

Lou is one of the few who really get what is happening to America's middle class. He's willing to dig beneath surface platitudes and get at the awful truth of how we are being ground down and thrown to the wolves of globalism. He understands why we feel nervous when Spanish starts becoming a requirement in America.

America will never be the same if the amnesty takes place that any candidate on the Democratic side has promised will take place. Watch Hillary and Obama pander to those groups who want amnesty. American jobs and American families are at risk from the illegal immigration invasion. Liberal Republican candidate Mike Huckabee wants to give a big amnesty to millions of illegal aliens through their children and he wants you to continue to pay for their FREE education and FREE health care while you and your family are paying for your own. McCain tried to pass the biggest amnesty with Ted Kennedy and has continued to say that he will give a pathway to citizenship to illegal aliens already here. Guilliani had a sanctuary city in New York. Thompson has a strong message currently against illegal immigration and Mitt Romney seems to say that he would tackle the issue while his son panders to those who do not speak English for votes for his father.

Lou Dobbs is the one person who night after night speaks to the issues that concern the American worker, the American family and those who care about the sovereignty and security of our nation. No North American Union, no unfair trade deals, no outsourcing of American jobs, improve the education system, and end illegal immigration - some of his concerns - and the concerns of the American people. We want you Lou Dobbs for President. There is a time for all great men, and our nation needs you now.

If Fred isn't the nominee then Lou is the man. No one else in the race deserves to be called a conservative.

I hope this movement takes off and Lou decides to run !! Lets show these jokers that middle America wants REAL CHANGE and not big business running our country..

Is there a statute of limitations on illegal immigration? If not I'll wager there are a lot of citizens who lived here during and before the 15th century who would gladly level that charge against all who came here from elsewhere without an invitation, including all their progeny, who took away not only their livelihood but their land and way of life as well. Go back far enough and most of the human population is located where they are illegally, truth be known. Maybe it's the troublemakers we should focus on rather than lumping everyone into one pot, good or bad. Things are reminding me of the House UnAmerican Activities Committee of the post WW2 era. Can we be far from "I led Three Lives" redux as a TV series?

Finally, there just may be something to get excited about in this election cycle. RUN LOU RUN !!!

Please go for it. You are the most rational, honest, serious non political person. You may be the only one that has the balls to save our country. I will donate, just tell me how.

Lou Dobbs for President? Absolutely! Yes,yes, yes!!!

And how would Lou deal with the economy, foreign affairs, taxes, Iraq, energy, airline safety, offshore oil leases, internet security and free availability and the myriad other situations that the federal government has on its plate? Just say "smaller government" and walk away from them?

All of us except the Native Americans live here by virtue of self proclaimed amnesty never given by those Native Americans. And who among us has never, ever, broken a law of one kind or another and claimed amnesty all unknown to anyone else? Please raise your hand if you are one? God knows if you're lying and will take that into account when you arrive at his gate. Look in the mirror. What would you do if your family was starving...refuse to go where there was food to be had? Tell your family to just starve because you wouldn't sneak some bread from another who had plenty? "There but for the grace of God..." should be a factor in considering immigration problems and how to deal with them. How could the deeply religious do otherwise?

It would be too good to be true . It's a shame most Americans don't know him . But after all , we are a Nation of morons. Thats what these political parties count on !

Please raise your hand if you have never broken a law, kept it to yourself and declared self-imposed amnesty for yourself. God knows. Will you lie to God? And what would you do if your family was starving and the only way you could feed them would be to break a law that hurts no one else?

Interesting. Not one person said they had their hand up.
