Entertaining first three innings [Mark Zuckerman]

For those who aren't watching on ESPN, this has been an entertaining ballgame through three innings...

-- Tim Redding has put men on base each inning but has escaped without allowing a run.

-- Justin Maxwell threw out Curtis Granderson trying to tag up from third with a throw that travelled about 200 feet horizontally and 150 feet vertically. Biggest rainbow you've ever seen, but it worked.

-- Lastings Milledge absolutely crushed a ball over the left-field berm for a solo homer off Jeremy Bonderman.

-- Dmitri Young nearly collided with Tigers first baseman Marcus Thames but managed to leap over him and prevent both guys from getting injured.

Heading into the bottom of the fourth now, it's Nats 1, Tigers 0.
