SCRANTON, Pa. — Pennsylvania voters head to the polls tomorrow to decide the fates of Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. Hillary Clinton, and it's gotten ugly on the campaign trail and the airwaves.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Presidential hopefuls Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton barnstormed the state yesterday in a final plea for votes before tomorrow's crucial primary, as the campaigns saturate the airwaves with attack ads and accuse each other of deploying misleading messages.Mr. Obama of Illinois and Mrs. Clinton of New York are trading barbs on television and in stump speeches.
Mrs. Clinton said Mr. Obama's campaign went negative after his poor debate performance on Wednesday, despite his pledge not to stoop to Washington-style politics of "distraction."

The morning papers and local news broadcasts all led with Obama on the "attack."
Miller also has a story up today about how the high number of undecided voters here could give Clinton a bigger margin of victory than polls are suggesting, as they have tended to break for her in other states.
I had pool duty with the Obama campaign yesterday, going with the senator to church, to a diner and then as he cruised Main Street in Bethlehem. I'll post portions of my pool reports shortly, but it was an interesting day as Obama faced questions from voters on his patriotism and worked to win over white Democrats.
